What do I need to add to your mixes?

Our soups just need water and a pot — no shopping, chopping, slicing or dicing. If you like, the soups all welcome a protein of your choice or a splash of milk, but we’re pleased to say, everything’s in the bag.

Are your mixes gluten-free?

YES! ALL our mixes are gluten-free. Have questions about ingredients? Just ask — we’re happy to help.

How many servings does one soup mix make?

Most yield 9-10 cups of soups for 4–6 servings — perfect for families, friends, or a week of cozy leftovers.

🍪 Dips, Desserts & BBQ Rubs

What do I need to add to the dessert or dip mixes?

Most of our dessert and dip mixes need just a few fridge or pantry staples — usually cream cheese, sour cream or whipped topping. We’ll give you the quick how-to right on the label.

Can I serve the dips hot or cold?

Absolutely — most are delicious either way! Chill them for a party platter, or warm them up in a small crock or oven-safe dish for extra cozy vibes.

Are your dessert mixes good for other recipes?

Yes! Many of our customers use them to flavor cheesecakes, frostings, or fruit dips. (Try the Lemon Heaven with vanilla wafers — just sayin’.)

What about the rubs — how do I use them?

Our BBQ rubs are great on meat, fish even veggies! Rub them directly on proteins before cooking, or mix with olive oil for a marinade.

🍷 Wine Slushies & More

Do I have to use wine?

Not at all! Our slushy mixes are delicious with wine, vodka, tequila, or just juice and sparkling water for a no-booze treat. All instructions are on the package.

What kind of wine do I use?

Dry (inexpensive) wines work best — white or pink! For sangria, go with
a merlot….again, inexpensive and dry are the key words.

How long do the slushies take to freeze?

About 4–6 hours. Stir, chill, serve, smile.

How long does shipping take?

We pack and ship within 3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a week.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your doorstep)!

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re dreaming big, so stay tuned.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. If your wallet can handle online shopping, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $59 or more ship free to the lower 48 states.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional charge
— we’ll always let you know before it ships.

Where did the name “Mimi’s” come from?

It’s named after my sister — the original co-creator of our mixes and my forever taste-tester. She’s the reason so much love goes into every bag.

Can I order mixes as gifts?

Yes, and we’ll even include a handwritten note if you’d like. Just add your message at checkout.
