Mimi’s Mama’s Minestrone

Mimi’s Mama’s Minestrone is a hearty, veggie-packed Italian classic just like Mama used to make. We layer gluten-free pasta, a rainbow of dried vegetables, perfectly balanced Italian seasonings & a pinch of Calabrian pepper flakes all tucked inside the bag, that all you have to do is add water and let it simmer. And under 30 minutes, your kitchen will smell like Sunday at Nonna’s. Swirl in a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil before serving and top with some grated Parmesan .
Serve with garlic bread or focaccia for dipping and you'll truly have Una Bella Mangiata!
